Commissions paid out as $500 upfront before install with the remainder after install (our average install time is 15 days)!

- Canvas residential neighborhoods to generate new leads

Compensation
- Position is either commission-based or the $35 per hour safety net.
- The $35/hour is paid as a safety net (backup pay contingent on meeting requirements) if no sales are made but a minimum of eight (8) qualified appointments (set with a homeowner with a 600 credit score that meets with one of our consultants) are completed within a designated biweekly (every two weeks ending on Thursday) period.
- If no sales are made, the representative will be paid $35 per hour for hours worked (time spent physically knocking doors) in that two week time in place of any commissions that would have been received if one of the qualified appointments was sold.
- If the minimum appointments requirements are not met in the two week span, the safety net pay is not paid and there will be no payout if commissions were not made from a sale.
