Our Solar Sales Consultants work directly with new and current customers to help them understand the benefits of solar energy and guide them through the transition of switching from their utility company to owning their own power.
Responsibilities:
- Attend 2-3 company leads per day, 6 days per week
- Capitalize on company-generated appointments
- Generate new leads and referrals
- Educate homeowners on solar energy and Top Tier’s processes
- Maintain a professional approach with in-home presentations
- Dedication to providing customers with a Top Tier experience
- Motivation for success and commitment to growth
Compensation:
- Most competitive commissions in the industry
- Weekly performance mentoring and coaching
- Expected $35,000 - $85,000 in commissions in the first 90 days
