Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their dr appointments while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate vehicles for the purpose of transporting passengers
- Maintain the vehicle in good working condition, performing routine checks and necessary maintenance.
- Ensure timely arrivals and departures according to scheduled routes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding schedules and any issues that may arise during transit.
- Assist with loading and unloading of patients as required.
Skills
- Proven experience in driving roles such as Delivery Driver, Shuttle Driving, Paratransit, Commercial Driving, Limousine, School Bus Driving, or Van Driver.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with passengers and clients.
- Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with local roadways.
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations while ensuring passenger safety.
- Strong attention to detail for vehicle maintenance and record keeping.
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers.
