Position Summary :
The Cirtec Medical EHS team focuses on providing training, tools, resources, and support that creates a safe, efficient, and healthy work environment. The EHS Manager is integral to sustaining and enhancing our EHS focus. This role is accountable to plan, implement, and coordinate required and appropriate safety programs at all Cirtec Medical locations to ensure compliance with all applicable environmental, health, and safety laws and regulations, driving the 'Safety First' message to all Cirtec Medical sites.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute the Health & Safety strategy for Cirtec Medical, aligned with business plans.
- Drive continual improvement and best practices in all key health and safety activities.
- Educate and communicate with various levels of management throughout all Cirtec facilities the required Health & Safety procedures and tools.
- Develop and delegate safety metrics throughout all Cirtec facilities and produce appropriate reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually).
- Conduct internal audits on plants to check for safety and environmental compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations, including leading safety evaluations for all new and existing Cirtec equipment.
- Ensure and deliver appropriate training for Health & Safety objectives to maintain compliance across all plants, as well as responding to all necessary and applicable Health and Safety issues that arise.
