We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pest Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and managing pest issues in residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of pest control methods, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while adhering to safety regulations.

Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and assess the extent of the problem.
- Apply appropriate pest control treatments using hand tools and power tools, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Develop customized pest management plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and provide recommendations for maintaining a pest-free environment.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment details and follow-up schedules.
- Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and completion of services.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in pest control or a related field such as landscaping, lawn care, or farm machinery operation is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in pest control applications is advantageous.
- Sales experience is a plus, as you will be responsible for promoting additional services to clients.
- A valid driver's license is required for driving to job sites.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.
