Top Workforce Solutions is seeking an  Architectural & Design Sales Representative  will be responsible for generating revenue by targeting and selling the company’s tile products to architects, designers, contractors, and key decision-makers within the architectural and design industry. The ideal candidate will develop strong relationships, identify customer needs, and present tailored solutions to meet those needs, driving both new business and repeat sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet revenue targets within the A&D community.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers including architects, interior designers, contractors, and construction professionals.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits to potential customers.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote tile products and increase brand visibility.
  • Track sales activities, client interactions, and project progress using CRM software.
  • Prepare accurate price quotes, proposals, and project timelines for customers.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze margins, and adjust sales strategies to optimize results.
  • Assist in resolving billing inquiries and any customer disputes as required.
  • Provide assistance in the showroom when needed to enhance the client experience.
  • Prospect for new business and actively follow up on leads to generate sales.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably within the A&D or tile industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and building long-term client relationships.
  • Experience working directly with designers, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders in the A&D or construction sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel extensively, including regional travel as required.
  • Experience in the sales of high-end or luxury products is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
