Top Workforce Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-driven Industrial Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the Boston, MA area. If you have a strong background in industrial sales and a passion for building client relationships, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory by nurturing relationships with existing accounts and securing new ones.
- Create strategic game plans to establish new accounts and expand the current customer base.
- Identify barriers to opportunity and devise actionable strategies to overcome them.
- Conduct regular visits and calls to customers to strengthen relationships and understand their needs.
- Collaborate closely with customers to support their business growth and development.
- Stay informed on competitor activities and industry trends to leverage opportunities and address challenges.
- Coordinate with inside sales and branch personnel to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
- Complete all required reporting, including scheduling, target account tracking, call reports, and expense documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in industrial sales or a related field.
- Open to candidates with experience in HVAC, plumbing, heating, electrical, or construction.
- Experience selling the following products preferred- Victaulic fittings, Weld fittings, Pipe, Valves, Gauges etc.
- Self-directed with a strong initiative to achieve goals independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in PC usage, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
