SUMMARY:
The Sales Manager position requires relevant sales experience in the logistics industry, preferably within the recycling resources sector. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in International Trade, Logistics, Marketing or related fields, with a minimum of 2 years' sales experience in relevant industries. Strong leadership, organizational, communication and coordination abilities are essential, along with an established industry network. The ideal candidate will possess excellent market analysis and judgment skills, coupled with a strong customer service focus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a requirement. Overall, this role demands proven sales expertise, an applicable educational background, outstanding interpersonal and analytical capabilities, and a thorough understanding of the recycling resources client base.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop sales strategies in line with company goals, plan and execute sales activities, acquire new customers, and target suitable client groups.
· Develop new clients, maintain comprehensive customer profiles, and complete relevant sales reports.
· Regularly visit clients, gather feedback, complaints, and other information, collaborate with relevant departments to enhance service quality.
· Build strong relationships with clients to uphold the company's image and foster long-term stable partnerships.
· Stay informed about market trends, comprehensively understand pricing trends on various routes, and provide timely market feedback.
· Identify potential needs of both new and existing clients.
· Responsible for collecting market information in the assigned area and analyzing competitors.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Relevant experience in sales within the logistics industry is preferred.
· Bachelor's degree or higher in International Trade, Logistics, Marketing, or related fields.
· Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in relevant industries, familiarity with the recycling resources industry and clients preferred.
· Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and coordination skills, with a good network of industry contacts.
· Possess market analysis and judgment abilities, as well as a strong customer service orientation.
· Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite
