Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver top-notch customer service to patients and their families.
- Greet parents and patients warmly upon their arrival and departure.
- Keep parents updated on their child’s appointment progress.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk and waiting area.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and ensure accurate records are maintained.
- Communicate service limits with the clinical team prior to treatments.
- Prepare patient files and ensure all necessary information is complete before appointments.
- Work collaboratively with clinical staff to facilitate same-day care opportunities.
- Assist in meeting office financial goals by managing appointments effectively.
- Schedule follow-up and recall appointments to ensure patients receive necessary care.
- Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Make outbound calls to confirm and reschedule appointments as needed.
- Ensure patient records are organized and filed at the end of each day.
- Collect out-of-pocket balances prior to treatments and uphold compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Perform any additional duties as needed.
