We are seeking a highly skilled Smile Care Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Orthodontic department, including managing the day-to-day functions of the team and ensuring the delivery of quality and compassionate dental care to every patient.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of management experience in a healthcare or dental environment, with a strong focus on teamwork, mutual respect, and cooperation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining adequate staffing levels by interviewing, screening, and selecting applicants
- Direct supervisor for assigned team, responsible for coaching, developing, and delivering disciplinary actions as needed
- Adhere to company guidelines as it relates to payroll and other human resource functions
