The Associate Dentist position offers a guaranteed base pay in excess of $200k with uncapped earning potential. In addition to competitive pay, you will also receive a sign-on bonus, student loan repayment assistance, no lab fees, and eligibility for Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA. We also offer short-term disability/long-term disability and basic life insurance plans paid for by the company, as well as a 401(k) Retirement Plan and company-paid malpractice insurance coverage.
