Position Summary The Director of People Operations oversees cross-departmental operations, leading teams, resolving process challenges, and implementing systems that drive efficiency. This role ensures smooth workflows from client onboarding to ongoing case management while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Responsibilities Lead supervisors overseeing various department functions and their teams. Troubleshoot and resolve interdepartmental process issues to enhance efficiency. Manage operations from initial client referral to ongoing case management. Implement improved systems, processes, and training curriculums. Oversee timely documentation submissions and support billing and payroll processes (if applicable). Success Measurements 30 Days : Understand division roles and responsibilities; build relationships. 60–90 Days : Identify subdivision challenges and propose solutions. 6 Months : Hold weekly meetings with supervisors; implement process improvements. 1 Year : Establish efficient systems and training processes; achieve operational independence from the client; develop external partnerships. Requirements Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and process optimization skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Experience in system implementation and staff training. Familiarity with billing and payroll systems is a plus.
