Job Title: Outside Sales Representative
Location: Tri-State Area (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut) but open to within the United States.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Tri-State area. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and expanding our market reach. If you have an existing book of business, a proven track record in sales, and a desire to hit the ground running, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and outreach.
• Client Meetings: Travel throughout the Tri-State area to meet with prospective and current clients, present insurance products, and close deals.
• Maintain & Grow Client Relationships: Develop long-term relationships with clients and prospects to ensure customer satisfaction and continued business growth.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and back-office support to ensure a smooth sales process, from initial contact to policy implementation.
• Reporting & Metrics: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
• Expectation of the Position: The potential candidate would bring on board a total of new premiums in the amount of $250k in the first 3 months and then a new set of goals would be revisited every 3 months.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in insurance or a related industry. Existing book of business is a plus.
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Travel: Must be willing to travel frequently within the Tri-State area.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
