Job Title : Flat Printing and Cutting Team Lead

Location : Norwood, NJ

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8am – 5pm

Compensation : $35 / hour

Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled and bilingual Team Lead to oversee the Flat Signage / Printing department, managing a team of 10 employees. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise in hardware and software, strong leadership abilities, and hands-on experience to ensure efficient, high-quality production. This role is crucial in optimizing operations and maintaining a productive, collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and supervise a team of 10 employees in the Flat Signage / Printing department.
• Provide leadership and support, ensuring team members meet performance and production goals.
• Utilize technical skills to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software used in signage and printing.
• Oversee daily workflows, delegate tasks, and monitor progress to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement process improvements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Serve as a bilingual point of communication for team members and management.
• Provide training, mentorship, and regular performance feedback to team members.
