- Recruitment: Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for both warehouse and office positions, ensuring a smooth hiring experience. ">
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. ">
- Safety Training: Develop and implement safety training programs for warehouse and office employees. ">
- Payroll Processing: Oversee payroll processing for both warehouse and office staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. ">
Requirements:
">To succeed in this role, you must have 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, labor law, and safety standards. Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written communication) is required.
">Experience with payroll and benefits understanding of New Jersey labor law, OSHA safety regulations, employee relations, and workforce planning are highly valued.
