About the Role
We are seeking a Pharmacy Account Executive to join our team at Topaz HR. As a Pharmacy Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our healthcare facilities, ensuring exceptional service delivery and driving business growth. You will work closely with healthcare providers to optimize medication management and enhance patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at the facilities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding their needs and requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand services and introduce new products to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with internal pharmacy teams to ensure seamless coordination of services for clients.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, LPN or RN, and 2-4 years of experience in account management, preferably in the Long Term Care or healthcare industry.
- Ability to handle escalated issues with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Intermediate computer proficiency, including pharmacy and medication distribution software.
