Job Description
The Health Care Consultant will be responsible for managing relationships with our healthcare facilities, ensuring exceptional service delivery and driving business growth. You will work closely with healthcare providers to optimize medication management and enhance patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at the facilities.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding their needs and requirements.
- Coordinate medication orders, deliveries, and inventory management.
- Provide clinical support and guidance to healthcare providers on medication therapy and compliance.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, LPN or RN, and 2-4 years of experience in account management, preferably in the Long Term Care or healthcare industry.
- Ability to handle escalated issues with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Intermediate computer proficiency, including pharmacy and medication distribution software.
