Maintenance Supervisor
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance functions across our Tristate Area locations. This role involves managing maintenance tickets, evaluating cost-effective solutions, and ensuring optimal operations within our systems. The ideal candidate will be organized, resourceful, and comfortable communicating and working hands-on with our team and vendors to resolve issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and prioritize maintenance tickets within the assigned systems.
- Assess and determine whether maintenance tasks can be completed internally or need to be outsourced to vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Supervise and take an active role in daily maintenance operations, stepping in directly to support when needed.
- Maintain organized records of maintenance work, budgets, and vendor contracts.
- Communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and management to ensure all maintenance needs are addressed promptly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintenance supervision or a similar role.
- Strong technical skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess situations and make informed decisions quickly.
- Willingness to travel frequently to various locations as needed.
