Talent Aquisition Specialist
Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our company. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle on behalf of our clients, identifying and securing top talent across various industries. Your ability to build strong relationships, source high-quality candidates, and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions will be key to success.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and business goals.
- Provide consultative support to clients on job descriptions, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service delivery.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
- Utilize multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct candidate outreach, pre-screening, and in-depth interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Match candidates to client requirements and manage the placement process, including interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.
- Facilitate onboarding for successful placements and provide post-placement follow-up to ensure satisfaction for both clients and candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and market conditions to provide clients with informed hiring recommendations.
- Advise clients on competitive compensation packages and market conditions to attract top talent.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Prepare reports on recruitment activities, client engagement, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws, agency policies, and client-specific requirements.
- Provide other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in agency recruitment or staffing.
- Proven track record of successful placements in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and software (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills to address client and candidate needs.
Location: West Orange, NJ
Schedule: Full Time, Monday – Friday, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm,
Salary: Negotiable, Depending on Experience
