We're looking for a smart and motivated Product Specialist to :
- Help customers succeed with Topaz Video AI through answering questions and creating tutorials, videos, and other documentation.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, and own the process of implementing them.
This is a true cross-functional role that will give you a masterclass in how a world-class team builds a high-growth tech product. Depending on how well you do, this role will naturally grow into a higher-leverage role in product, marketing, or customer operations.

This is a unique role for someone interested in making a deep impact at a high-growth tech software company. We offer a strong base salary, plus significant ownership that scales with the company's growth. We also offer 100% covered medical / dental / vision for employees, 15 days annual PTO plus holidays, and 401k matching. This is a full-time onsite role in Dallas, TX, and we will ask you to relocate if you're not in the area.
