About Us:
Top Choice LLC is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Detailer to join our growing team. As a Detailer, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks, including cleaning interiors and exteriors to prepare for advanced services like ceramic coatings and paint corrections. This role requires a high level of independence and the ability to work without direct supervision for much of the time. We are looking for someone who values integrity, hard work, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
- Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors in preparation for ceramic coatings and paint corrections.
- Handle advanced detailing tasks, including buffing, polishing, and ceramic coatings (training provided).
- Work independently, often alone in the shop, to complete tasks within the allotted time.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop during downtime.
- Provide excellent customer service and uphold our quality standards.
- Occasionally pick up and drop off customer vehicles.
- Assist in various detailing tasks as part of a team when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Experience in detailing is preferred but not required.
- Comfortable working independently without direct supervision.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
