Job Purpose
Lead the team and manage all core project and operational activities for corporate and subsidiary SAP systems, overseeing everything from release planning and execution to ongoing support.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Build shared strategic process and systems roadmaps across key business areas.
- Lead core ERP operational activities, including monthly and quarterly release planning and execution.
- Develop joint plan with infrastructure to maintain up to date patching, security and system notes where applicable.
- Provide management and leadership to functional ERP domain experts, including skills and career development.
- Liaise with key business leaders on process and change priorities for major functional areas such as Sales Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, NPI, etc.
Requirements
- Education: BS in technical field, MS preferred.
- 5-10 years of people management experience.
- Strong SAP techno-functional experience, including participating and/or leading multiple sizeable functional implementations.
- International/Global experience is strongly preferred.
About You
- Coaching, mentoring and performance management.
- Experience in one or more functional areas of SAP (SD, FICO, WM, etc.) is a plus.
- PMP or ITIL certification preferred.
