Topcon Healthcare is looking to offer an internship program from June 2, 2025, until August 14, 2025. This is a paid program located in the Oakland NJ office. The hours for this program are Monday – Thursday 9am – 5pm. Come join the Topcon Healthcare team to help build real-world skills and knowledge to influence your education and career path.

As a Marketing Designer Intern at Topcon Healthcare Inc., you will play a key role in updating and creating marketing materials that highlight our Service Solutions and Service Business, including service contracts, preventive maintenance, and asset management. You will collaborate with the marketing team to design engaging content that promotes our world-class customer care services to healthcare providers across the US and Canada. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and promotion of customer care solutions while gaining experience in the healthcare technology industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and redesign marketing materials, brochures, and presentations related to service solutions, including service contracts, preventive maintenance, and asset management.
  • Work with the marketing team to create visually appealing, clear, and effective marketing content to promote Topcon Healthcare’s customer care services in the US and Canada.
  • Assist in designing digital content for social media, email campaigns, and online advertising to raise awareness about service offerings.
  • Ensure all customer care marketing materials align with Topcon’s brand guidelines and effectively communicate the value of our services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information, understand target audiences, and ensure marketing materials meet business goals.
  • Create and maintain marketing assets, including images, graphics, and templates for future use.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and help tailor marketing materials accordingly.
  • Help prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external communications regarding service solutions.
  • Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and materials, making recommendations for improvements.


Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity, especially in marketing or promotional materials.
  • Knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and trends.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality design standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for creative problem-solving.
  • Interest in the healthcare industry and customer care solutions.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous internship or experience in marketing design or a related field.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
  • Experience with web design and user experience (UX) principles.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare or service industry is a plus.


Base Pay:

Expected Base Pay Range: $22.00 to $25.00 hourly based on degree level.

The base pay range included is a projected hiring range for a position, level and potential work location(s) listed. Topcon provides the compensation range that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
