Topcon Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Intern. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various aspects of HR while working closely with our experienced HR professionals. Key Responsibilities: Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing and processing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and coordinating training sessions. Assisting in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team building activities, social events, and employee recognition programs. Assisting in the administration of HR policies and procedures, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR reports, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Assisting in the development and implementation of training and development programs for employees. Providing general administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining HR databases, preparing HR-related documents, and answering employee inquiries. Undertaking any other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR manager. Qualifications: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
