Job Purpose
Provide product bench analysis/diagnosis, repairs, and calibrations in support of Sales efforts.
Core Job Duties
Troubleshooting/repairing/calibration of products. Proper documentation of repairs. Customer interaction regarding repairs.
Installs/set up new equipment. Supports Sales. Provides basic customer service via phone/in-person. Assists in Warehouse as needed. Performs other duties as required.

- Excellent customer service skills
- Small Electrical repair and diagnostics exp
- Ability to read and interpret parts manuals
- Working knowledge of basic test equipment, meters, oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, etc.
- General working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications.
- Good mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- 730 AM to 430 PM M-F
