Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Growth Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Autodesk and Bluebeam Account Managers in driving business growth and renewals by fostering strong client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of technical service engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Managers to drive business growth and renewals through strategic planning and execution
- Coordinate and oversee the delivery of technical service engagements to ensure timely, within-scope, and client-expectation-meeting results
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for ongoing support and service needs
- Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and insights to communicate client needs, challenges, and opportunities to internal teams
- Act as a liaison between the client and technical teams to resolve issues promptly and minimize disruption to client operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Technology-related field
- 5 years of experience in Autodesk and Bluebeam Customer Success, Account Management, Technical Project Management, or related role
- Familiarity with CRM and PM tools
