Job Overview
We need someone who will work as a Wingman on the truck doing Junk Removal jobs. We need someone who has flexible hours to come and work alongside us on jobs carrying furniture, beds, debris, etc., out of clients' homes into the back of our Dump Truck or Box Truck and then unloading the items out of our trucks. This person must be on time, professional, and wear khaki work pants with a brown belt and work shoes.
Duties
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication and cooperation.
- Assist in coordinating team activities, meetings, and events to strengthen team bonds.
- Provide support during projects by offering insights, feedback, and encouragement.
- Help identify areas for improvement within team processes and suggest actionable solutions.
- Act as a mentor or guide for new team members, helping them acclimate to the work environment.
- Foster a positive atmosphere by promoting inclusivity and respect among all team members.
Experience
- Previous experience in a collaborative role or team-oriented environment is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.

- Familiarity with project management tools or teamwork software is a plus.
