Position Description
- Sweep, mop and vacuum various floor types.
- Sanitize and maintain facilities.
- Gather and empty trash throughout office areas.
- Occasional tasks include clearing snow, event set up, etc.
- Perform routine maintenance duties.
- Manage and restock inventory of supplies.
- Notify manager of repairs needed to the facility.
- Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.
Position Requirements
- High School diploma preferred
- Proven experience as custodian, janitor, or similar role
- Knowledge and use of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to successfully complete all post-offer and pre-employment contingencies
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
