Position Description
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Provides services that meet or exceed customers’ expectations
- Employ sound risk management principles that meet or exceed project and regional business profitability goals, and establish and ensure milestone dates and deliverables are met
- Facilitate meetings with customers and respond promptly to customers’ requests
- Engage in a collaborative work environment between internal and external stakeholders
- Build trust among peers and customers by developing strong relationships
Position Requirements
- Experience in construction management and/or Bachelor's degree in related field required
- Knowledge of structural steel and miscellaneous metals preferred
- Familiarity with construction management software preferred
- Ability to read and interpret contract drawings and specifications required
- General accounting knowledge preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Analytical and problem-solving skills required
- Good time management skills required
- Good negotiating skills required
