Reports To : School's Main Office
Position Purpose : To effectively maintain overall operations of the schools office while the permanent secretary is absent.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- High school diploma
- Typing & word processing skills of 45 words per
minute

Principle Duties and Responsibilities :
Works extensively in receiving, welcoming, referring, and communicating with parents, students, staff, school district personnel, and community members. Places & receives telephone calls and maintains a schedule of appointments. Assignment vary by location. May be asked to type correspondence including reports, newsletter, memos. May be asked to maintain a regular and / or confidential filing system. Performs other duties as assigned by the principal and / or associate principal. Performs varied related office duties associated with a busy, hectic, productive, & smoothly-run environment.
