We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Middle School Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and meet the diverse needs of students.
- Teach subjects including but not limited to molecular biology, microbiology, discrete math, and differential equations.
- Conduct research laboratory sessions, guiding students through practical experiments and scientific research projects.
- Provide individualized support to students with special education needs, ensuring an inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess student performance through various methods including tests, assignments, and projects; provide constructive feedback to enhance learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues in curriculum development to enhance educational offerings and improve teaching strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance, communicating effectively with parents and guardians regarding student achievements and challenges.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.
Skills
