Join Our Team at Topeka Rescue Mission! – Distribution Center Staff
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? Do you enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team that serves the community? Topeka Rescue Mission is looking for Distribution Center Staff to help carry out essential day-to-day operations at our Distribution Center.
What You’ll Do:
- Sort, stock, and organize donations to support those in need
- Prepare food bags and fill supply orders
- Load and unload donations and maintain inventory
- Operate a forklift (training available if needed)
- Assist with community events and special projects
- Share the love of Jesus Christ through your work and service
What We’re Looking For:
- A team player with a heart for serving others
- Someone who enjoys hands-on, active work
- Experience in a warehouse setting (1 year preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions
- A valid KS Driver’s License (Forklift Certification a plus, but not required)
