Topeka Rescue Mission is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to support the CEO and leadership team in fulfilling the organization’s mission to serve those in need.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel.
- Handle communications—respond to correspondence, draft documents, and serve as the first point of contact.
- Support meetings and events by preparing materials, recording discussions, and assisting with logistics.
- Track projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate media communications in collaboration with TRM staff.
- Work closely with ministry teams to provide resources and assistance as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.
What We’re Looking For:
- A highly organized, detail-oriented problem solver with the ability to multitask.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills—both in person and over the phone.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining close communication with leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Three to five years of administrative experience and experience managing multiple calendars preferred.
Bonus: Experience booking travel and coordinating high-level meetings is a plus!
