What You’ll Do:
- Meet with guests to assess their needs and develop individualized stabilization plans.
- Act as an advocate, ensuring guests receive the proper care and resources.
- Maintain a caseload of approximately 30 guests, tracking progress and providing ongoing support.
- Collaborate with shelter staff and outside agencies to create a network of support.
- Offer encouragement, structure, and accountability as guests work towards self-sufficiency.
- Ensure all interactions and progress are accurately recorded in our system.
What We’re Looking For:
- A heart for ministry and a passion for serving those in need.
- Experience working with at-risk populations and crisis situations preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and inspire trust.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Bonus: Experience in social work, case management, or crisis intervention is a plus!
