Overview
Topgolf is seeking an experienced Salesforce Admin to join our Sales Systems team and support the continued growth of our Event Sales business. In this role, you will serve as the critical connection between business stakeholders and technical delivery, working closely with teams across sales, marketing, operations, and customer success to design, build, and optimize Salesforce solutions that enhance sales performance and operational efficiency.
Reporting to the Salesforce Operations Manager, you will lead key initiatives within Sales Cloud and CPQ, playing a central role in delivering projects that advance Topgolf’s next-generation sales growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, including configuration, integrations, and process automation.
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, flows, and approval processes.
- Monitor system health, storage, and performance to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations) to gather and analyze business requirements to propose solutions.
- Support the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems (e.g., POS, Salesforce marketing cloud, payments, and customer engagement platforms).
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and data governance policies.
- Manage data migration, cleansing, and reporting to ensure accuracy of guest and partner insights. Ensure data quality through deduplication, validation, and regular audits.
- Support Salesforce release management, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Perform regular internal system audits and support preparation for Salesforce upgrades.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3 years of Salesforce experience in a Technical Admin, or Systems Analyst role.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Partner/Community Portals, Service Cloud, and Lightning components.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration (Flows, Validation Rules, Process Builder, Reports/Dashboards).
- Familiarity with integrations and APIs (e.g., MuleSoft or similar tools).
- Experience with data migration, data quality management, reports and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality, CPQ and performance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a solution-oriented approach.
- Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder Certification and higher.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining a customer-first mindset aligned with Topgolf’s mission to create unforgettable experiences.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies, JIRA.
- Strong documentation, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to work onsite 4 days/week at Topgolf’s Dallas Corporate Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (basic development understanding).
- Exposure to Salesforce marketing cloud
- Background in hospitality, sports/entertainment, restaurants, or multi-location business environments.
- Passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning.
