- Providing support to our valued customers through either an email service, or phone support.
- Providing support to our installation team as they work to complete their projects in a timely fashion.
- Assisting the Support Manager with internal/external communications on issues, with a clear understanding of risk and impact to customer and other stakeholders while maintaining the highest degree of professionalism and service.
- Traveling to sites for support visits, or training exercises.
- HS Diploma - General Education (Preferred)
- 2 years of experience in a remote support technician role (Preferred)
- 2 years of knowledge of Golf (Preferred)
- 2 years of proven ability to contribute in a multi-team environment (Preferred)
- 2 years of basic networking knowledge (Preferred)
- Feel comfortable with command line applications and Linux environments
- Able to demonstrate analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, and proven ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers
- Friendly disposition and ability to communicate with the customer and your team, support team has members all over the globe, so communication is key.
