Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of vehicle features, financing options, and warranties.
- Conduct test drives and explain the benefits of different models.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales in a professional and ethical manner.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Accurately complete sales paperwork and ensure compliance with company and state regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive trends, inventory, and promotions.
Requirements:
✅ Valid Salesperson License (Required)
✅ Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field preferred
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✅ Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude
✅ Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
✅ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
