What you’ll do:
- Carry out full HVAC installation skills such as: equipment removal and installation of new, duct repair and/or replacement (fiberglass, flex, and metal), soldering, venting flues, refrigerant leak detection, and charging, recovering and reclaiming refrigerant, measuring refrigeration system parameters (gas pressures and temperatures, etc.), calculating static and CFM delivery, carrying out basic plumbing and electrical skills.
- Basic diagnoses of HVAC systems will be required at times.
- Upon completion of Installation, review the equipment operation modes with the customer and have the ability to teach and explain how to operate all of the system features to confirm satisfaction and understanding.
Nice to haves:
- EPA universal certification
- Experience performing installations
- Excellent communication & customer service skills.
- High proficiency with emailing, instant messaging and use of various electronic devices and applications for effective communication/information sharing.
- Valid DL
- Ability to lift 75lbs or more and climb ladders
Compensation:
- $25.00 - $37.00 per hour plus BONUSES! Negotiable depending on experience
