Topline Heating and Air is a leading provider of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) solutions. We service all of Pennsylvania, parts of Ohio and parts of NY. Our mission is to deliver comfort, energy efficiency, and exceptional service to our customers. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Intern to join our team and contribute to our growth efforts.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
Create engaging content for social media platforms, blog posts, newsletters, and website updates.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Assist in the creation of promotional materials
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools
Attend community events as a brand ambassador
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative marketing ideas.
Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or recent graduate).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and content creation tools.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
Interest in digital marketing, SEO, and analytics is desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Salary : $15 - $20
