Overview :
We're looking for motivated individuals from Lancaster to Allentown to participate in our exclusive 3-day Sales Training which can lead to a job opportunity. This immersive program will help you develop key sales skills, including communication, building value, pitching, closing, and handling objections. With a hands-on approach, you will have the opportunity to practice and refine your skills, and on the final day, there will be role-playing exercises to demonstrate your growth. Successful participants are extended a job offer!
Key Responsibilities :
- Attend all three days of the training (March 10th–12th).
- Actively participate in training sessions, learning techniques for effective communication, pitching, and closing.
- Engage in role-playing exercises to apply newly learned skills in real-world sales scenarios.
- Be open to receiving feedback and adapting to improve sales techniques. Requirements :
- Valid DL
- Strong interest in sales and career development.
- Willingness to learn and improve.
- Professional attitude and demeanor throughout the program.
- Ability to participate in role-playing exercises and accept constructive feedback.
Compensation :
70 per day for attending the training. 100% Commission Based after the training

Training Dates & Hours :
March 10th–12th, 9 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM (Monday to Wednesday)
Dress Code :
Business professional attire is required.
