JobTitle:

· Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

· Reporting: Maintain detailed customer service records and prepare reports.

· Customer Inquiries: Handle phone, email, and chat inquiries, providing information about our products and services.

· Order Processing: Manage orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring quick and accurate fulfillment.

· Client Portal Management: Keep client records up to date in the portal and manage inventory tracking.

· Inventory Management: Inventory management and order tracking to provide timely updates to customers about their orders.

· Client Retention Strategies: Develop strategies to retain clients by understanding their uniform needs.

· Regular Client Meetings: Meet regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.

· Client Feedback: Track client feedback to continuously improve our services.

· New Client Account Setup: Onboard new clients, set up accounts in our portal, and offer platform training.

· Issue Resolution: Handle escalated issues regarding orders or services.

Requirements:

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

· Bonus: Familiarity with the security industry is a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Full-Time

· Monday – Friday

· 8:30 a.m. –5:30 p.m.

· Remote with potential Monthly Office Visit to Passaic, NJ

Pay: $20.00 per hour (with potential for increase based on experience)
