Right now we are looking for a Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team.
Role Overview:
As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality and visually engaging motion graphics and videos. This role offers an exciting opportunity to push the boundaries of creativity and contribute to cutting-edge design projects. You will be part of a team of visual, web, and motion designers working collaboratively to produce stunning content. You will work in parallel with digital and web designers to meet client needs and push the boundaries of creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and share animated assets with members of the Graphics Team
- Work with Web Designers to animate complex functionality for development purposes
- Collaborate with the Account Team to deliver graphics that adhere to brand guidelines and strategic goals
- Participate in interdisciplinary labs within the company to expand creativity
- Attend department learnings to stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices
- Seek out new techniques and tutorials to push the boundaries of creativity
- Ensure content created utilizes available tools effectively to provide high-quality results
- Aid digital designers in completing tasks during periods of reduced video requests
- Participate in collaboration efforts for various projects and content
- Provide insights and advice in interdisciplinary meetings
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong understanding of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, or similar software
- Detailed knowledge of After Effects and a desire to learn new software and techniques
- Excellent creative and design skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Work Environment
This is a full-time position based in Miami, FL. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the downtown office or plan to relocate before starting work. The position follows a hybrid schedule: working 8:00am to 5:00pm from the office Monday through Wednesday and from home on Thursdays and Fridays.
