The Topocean Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our team. As a key contact for truckers, customers, and warehouse staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Communicating with truckers, organizing pick up schedules and coordinating with warehouse staff to endure smooth operations.
- Address and resolve customer concerns and providing timely updates.
- Processing and tracking orders to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
- Updating and maintaining accurate records in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other databases.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Problem solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bilingual in Chinese will be a plus but not required
