We're a leading global supply chain management and freight solutions company, and we're searching for an Inside Sales Superstar to join our team at our Corporate Office in City of Industry, CA.
In this role, you'll be:
- The Quote Master: Craft accurate, competitive quotes and analyze financials to identify profitable opportunities.
- Global Collaboration Champion: Work hand-in-hand with our overseas team to manage bookings, sailings, and pricing.
- Client Whisperer: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor for all their shipping needs.
- Problem-Solving Pro: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries, gather data, and deliver accurate cost analysis.
- Business Growth Guru: Identify new business opportunities and suggest areas for improvement, always focused on team success.
- Client Superhero: Assist with client requests, escalate issues when needed, and work collaboratively to find optimal solutions.
- Shipping Sensei: Master the art of handling documents, coordinating shipments, tracking information, and excel in all assigned tasks.
