What You'll Bring
The Digital Marketing Inter role is a part-time hybrid/remote (15-20 hours/week) position reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing. While primarily working from home, the candidate should work within 60 miles of a Toppers Pizza to create content and will be required to visit the office occasionally. You will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Department team in the following ways:

What You'll Bring
- Support to the execution of social media and online marketing strategies to enhance the company’s online presence and drive engagement.
- Posting creative content, managing community interactions across multiple platforms, responding to customer feedback, and maintaining the overall presentation of social media accounts.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic, deadline-driven setting.
- Tracking and analyzing trends in customer sentiment to help optimize digital marketing efforts.
The Digital Marketing Inter role is a part-time hybrid/remote (15-20 hours/week) position reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing. You will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Department team in the following ways:
- Post creative content to multiple social media platforms on a set schedule
- Act as social media community manager across multiple platforms – responding to consumer comments, concerns, posts, and Google reviews
- Respond to customer reviews, feedback, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner to maintain a positive brand image.
- Track and analyze trends in customer sentiment to provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Create engaging text, image, and video content as needed
- Perform other duties as required.
- Days and hours of work will be coordinated with your manager. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
- Must like Pizza, Have Fun at Work, and Be Passionate
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of current and future trends in digital technologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Multitasking and analytical skills
- Currently enrolled in a college program pursuing a degree in Marketing, New Media, or a related field.
- Strong Project Management experience managing digital development and integration projects.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications. Or, currently enrolled in a college or university program pursuing a degree in one of these related fields.
