Bring your passion for craft beer to one of America's truly great breweries. Awarded the 2023 Grand National Champion by The U.S. Open Beer Championship, Toppling Goliath is seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Sales Representative (FSR) to join our team. The FRS will be responsible for managing and expanding the brewery's sales operations within Minnesota. Preferably, the candidate will reside in the Minneapolis / St Paul Metro area. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
What we ask of you...
- Collaboratively create wholesaler Annual Business Plans and delivering to those plans.
- Conducting monthly / quarterly reviews with wholesalers within identified area.
- Inventory management : to include orders, forecasts, allocations and wholesaler warehouse audits.
- Must be able to analyze and develop sales opportunity from VIP software or other company provided sales software.
- Conducts ongoing brand training with wholesaler partners, retailers and consumers.
- Assists at special events and festivals in the territory.
- Able to work both independently and within a team environment.
