What are the responsibilities and job description for the Material Handler/Forklift Operator 1st Shift 6am Start position at Topre America Corporation - Ohio?
Assembly Forklift Operator 6am Start time, Overtime as needed up to 6pm but not guaranteed.
Responsible for movement of finished goods on the production floor; stock production lines with components; remove empty containers from production lines; additional cross-functional responsibilities as deemed necessary.
Requirements:
- Two (2) or more years fork operating experience in fast paced warehouse/manufacturing/assembly environment.
- Good communication skills
- Detail oriented (ability to verify labels, part numbers, etc.)
- Capable of producing reliable work with the highest ethics
- Capable of reporting proper information to supervisors/management team in a timely manner
- Understand and follow safety procedures.
- Self-motivated, work independently and manage time.
- Cooperate with team members and promote teamwork.
- Must pass written and floor forklift driving test.
- No major safety incidents.
- Available to work overtime as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
