Summary
Directs and coordinates Quality Assurance and inspection of parts, components, and materials produced by manufacturing processes by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities
QA Assistant Manager will manage subordinate supervisors who supervise employees in the Quality Department. Assistant Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, budget, and evaluation of these units and will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

· Responsible for training new engineers, technicians, and lab personnel.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Have the ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style.
