Team Member Job Duties:
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Provide fast, friendly service to all customers.
- Follow food preparation instructions according to Tops standards.
- Learn how to properly operate registers and cooking equipment.
- Attending all scheduled shifts and employee meetings.
- Learn and comply with all safety standards and regulations.
- Work in a team setting and perform duties as instructed by management.
Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- No experience necessary
- Must be able to stand for periods of time.
- Must be able to work in extreme temperatures.
- Must be able to lift up a minimum of 20lbs.
