Full-Time Stone Polisher
The Fabricator is responsible for thoroughly inspecting and polishing countertop edges and decks to ensure the highest quality finish. Schedule:
Monday-Friday 5:00-1:30pm (5 eight-hour shifts per week)

Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:
- 1 year of experience within the stone countertop industry.
- Experience creating mitered cuts and assembling mitered edges.
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings accurately.
- Polish edges and splashes using provided pneumatic hand tools.
- Adhere to all safety protocols established by Tops Countertop s.
- Meet quality standards consistently throughout the Production Team.
- Report any quality issues promptly to their supervisor.
- Ensure on-time completion of projects within the Production Team.
- Properly care for and handle products throughout the fabrication process.
- Participate in product repairs and custom fabrication as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, including whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Proficient use of a standard tape measure to the 1/16th.
- Obtain and maintain forklift operator certification.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Organize and load jobs for next day.
- Operate cranes and forklifts to move slabs.
Qualifications:
- Detail oriented and/or good with hands.
- This position requires regular physical activities, including reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and handling.
- Ability to lift 50-75 pounds.
- Experience with quality control processes.
- Ability to run hand-held power tools.
- Dress for wet work environment with a high noise level.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
